Honey Chamomile Syrup

A floral cocktail syrup of chamomile tea sweetened with cane sugar and a touch of mild honey.

Instructions

Steep loose chamomile flowers in boiling water until the liquid turns bright yellow, about 5-10 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl or jar.

Stir in organic cane sugar and mild honey until fully dissolved.

Chill until ready to use.
