Coconut Syrup

A tropical coconut syrup for cocktails, made by simmering cream of coconut with sugar and water.

Instructions

In a small saucepan, whisk together cream of coconut, sugar, and water.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar fully dissolves, about 5 minutes. Do not boil.

Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain into a storage container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
