Almond Milk Orgeat Syrup

A simple, floral orgeat made with almond milk instead of whole almonds — ready in minutes and perfect for tiki drinks and cocktails calling for orgeat.

Instructions

Combine unsweetened almond milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar fully dissolves. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and stir in orange blossom water, rose water, and almond extract.

Pour into a sealable container and let cool completely before sealing and refrigerating.

Keeps for up to one month refrigerated. Add 1 oz vodka to extend shelf life to three months.
