Instructions

Combine wild blackberries (or blueberries, rinsed and drained) with ketchup, dark brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, yellow prepared mustard, sriracha, chili powder, paprika, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt in a medium saucepan.

Using a hand-held blender, blend the ingredients to desired consistency. Heat to medium, stirring occasionally.

Stir in water and wild blackberries (remaining whole black/blueberries). Increase heat to a low boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a clean quart jar, seal, and refrigerate.
