Instructions
Combine fresh cilantro, fresh parsley, onion (diced), garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, oil, and red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) in a blender (or food processor). Pulse until smooth.
Serve immediately, or cover and hold at room temperature for up to 24 hours. Keeps refrigerated for up to two weeks, or freeze in portions for several months.
