Instructions
Pre-chill a coupe glass.
Place orange slices (thin) in a cocktail shaker without muddling.
Add London dry gin, Cynar (or other carciofo amaro), fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup (2:1) along with ice and shake until well chilled.
Fine strain into the chilled glass.
Express an orange zest twist over the cocktail and drop it in as garnish.
