Tia Mia

A mezcal and aged rum tiki riff with lime, orgeat, and orange curaçao, served over crushed ice.

Instructions

Select and pre-chill a double Old-Fashioned glass.

Prepare garnish of half lime shell, mint sprigs and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry).

In a cocktail shaker, shake mezcal, aged rum (6-10 year), lime juice, orgeat syrup, rich syrup(2:1) and orange curaçao with ice.

Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with lime shell, mint sprigs bouquet and fruit stick.
