Instructions
Use the cut lemon to coat the rim of a collins glass and dip the rim in sugar to coat.
Mix the vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Pour into glass, without straining, and garnish with rosemary.
