Instructions
Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
Prepare garnish of cord.
In a cocktail shaker, combine Irish cream liqueur, Hazelnut liqueur, Coffee liqueur, Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat), and heavy/whipping cream with ice and shake.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with cord around glass.
