Combine half and half, Bailey’s Irish Cream, RumChata, and green creme de menthe in a cocktail shaker; shake thoroughly.
Distribute ice evenly among serving glasses and pour the shaker mixture over the ice.
Top each glass with fresh mint and serve immediately.
