Holy Water

A dramatic showstopper with rum, cognac, and Chartreuse served in a lime shell set on fire.

Instructions

Add infused hamilton jamaican gold rum, maison rouge cognac, orgeat, lemon juice, lime juice, and grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.

Float angostura bitters over the top of the drink.

Juice half a lime and place the empty lime shell on top of the drink.

Pour the green Chartreuse into the lime shell.

Place a sugar cube in the lime and ignite with a match or lighter.
