Instructions
Place a cocktail shaker filled with ice on a bar top.
Add white creme de menthe, creme de cacao, Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Branca Menta, absinthe, heavy cream, and food coloring.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Fine strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with grated dark chocolate and a mint sprig, and serve with a straw.
